Cordespace offers classes on a variety of topics with different prerequisites. Depending on the option chosen, these classes can be taken alone (solo), with a partner (duo) or as an observer.
- Initiation: Are you just starting out, looking to brush up on the basics, or wanting to introduce a friend or partner to the activity? This three-hour course will guide you through the concepts of safety, communication and consent, as well as some basic techniques that will enable you to create your own rigs.
- Courses with prerequisites: Once you’ve mastered the basics, there are several courses on various topics available to you, such as ‘The Essentials’ to develop core skills and ‘Rendez-vous’, which combine discussions and practical workshops. For more experienced participants, ‘Cord’Astuce’ allows you to review harnesses and techniques, whilst ‘Cord’Extra’ explores complex suspensions.
- Intensives and series: Do you want to deepen your knowledge? Series and intensive courses allow you to develop your knowledge and skills through more intensive learning.
