Cancellations

Cordespace’s policy for regular events is that tickets are refundable up to 24 hours in advance in the form of credits and transferable up until the start of the event. Certain more expensive events with limited capacity, such as intensive courses, are non-refundable but remain transferable. Some classes may have prerequisites that must be met in order to transfer. Please check the event description for the specific policy for that event.

You can cancel your ticket via the platform on the website. Instructions to follow.

To transfer your ticket, it is your responsibility to find someone to take over your ticket. You are welcome to use social media and social platforms to advertise this. Simply transfer your QR code to the person to whom you are transferring your ticket. Please contact us at info@cordespace.com if you do not have a QR code.

Sales from the shop are final, except in the case of a faulty product, in which case we offer an exchange, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Please contact us at info@cordespace.com for exchange or refund requests.
